RFA-Net: Reconstructed Feature Alignment Network for Domain Adaptation Object Detection in Remote Sensing Imagery

چکیده
With the development of deep learning, great progress has been made in object detection remote sensing (RS) imagery. However, detector is hard to generalize well from one labeled dataset (source domain) another unlabeled (target due discrepancy data distribution (domain shift). Currently, adversarial-based domain adaptation methods align semantic features source and target alleviate shift. But they fail avoid alignment noisy background neglect instance-level features, which are inappropriate for models that focus on instance location classification. To mitigate shift existing detection, we propose a reconstructed feature network (RFA-Net) unsupervised cross-domain The RFA-Net includes sequential augmentation module (SDA) deployed level providing solid gains data, sparse reconstruction (SFR) intensify alignment, pseudo-label generation (PLG) label supervision domain. Extensive experiments illustrate our proposed effective problem RS

Overlap-based feature weighting: The feature extraction of Hyperspectral remote sensing imagery
Hyperspectral sensors provide a large number of spectral bands. This massive and complex data structure of hyperspectral images presents a challenge to traditional data processing techniques. Therefore, reducing the dimensionality of hyperspectral images without losing important information is a very important issue for the remote sensing community. We propose to use overlap-based feature weigh...
متن کاملSemantic Feature Selection for Object Discovery in High-Resolution Remote Sensing Imagery
Given its importance, the problem of object discovery in High-Resolution Remote-Sensing (HRRS) imagery has been given a lot of attention by image retrieval researchers. Despite the vast amount of expert endeavor spent on this problem, more effort has been expected to discover and utilize hidden semantics of images for image retrieval. To this end, in this paper, we exploit a hyperclique pattern...

متن کاملAnomaly Detection from Hyperspectral Remote Sensing Imagery
Hyperspectral remote sensing imagery contains much more information in the spectral domain than does multispectral imagery. The consecutive and abundant spectral signals provide a great potential for classification and anomaly detection. In this study, two real hyperspectral data sets were used for anomaly detection. One data set was an Airborne Visible/Infrared Imaging Spectrometer (AVIRIS) da...
متن کاملObject-oriented subspace analysis for airborne hyperspectral remote sensing imagery
An object-oriented mapping approach based on subspace analysis of airborne hyperspectral images was investigated in this paper. Hyperspectral features were extracted based on subspace learning approaches, in order to reduce the redundancy of spectral space and extract the characteristic images for the further object-oriented classification. In this paper, three kinds of spectral feature extract...
